10. Constant feeding of wild animals which attracts bears and mountain lions to the areas where people stay.

PS. Disregard the 3 1/2 star rating, Rich, the owner, gave himself 5 stars

2. Being watched by cameras the whole time your trying to spend time with friends.

6. Left over table scraps thrown on the outside viewing deck. Which you have to either step in or watch out for if you want to walk on the deck.

We feel sorry for you that you pass through life this way. Thankfully, our paths will never cross again. You are banned from our property.

I have to agree with Michael's review, this was the worst travel experience I've ever had. These folks should not be licensed to operate a B&B, I had a group of 7 guests booked, thinking it would be convenient not to have to worry about meals, what a mistake I made!

The situation with the forty or fifty feral cats is really outrageous, they scavenge all over the property, no spay or neuter, just cats and unfortunate kittens all over the place feeding on leftover food she just throws over the deck rail. I could go on and on about how awful this place is but the memories give me the creeps. Avoid this place at all costs. Terry.

I stayed here in July 2017 with my boyfriend and had a wonderful time! Rich and Trudy are very gracious hosts and are eager to cater to any needs you have. The food is excellent and plentiful (definitely request the river lunch, I've never raved about a sandwich before in my life!!). I mentioned that I love wine in our pre-visit emails and I had a bottle of wonderful Pinot Noir waiting for me upon arrival!

Hello, Michael,

The B&B is kept incredibly clean and the attention to detail is rare (think lavender vanilla aromatherapy on the pillows to help you drift off to sleep).

9. The horses that can barley walk because their hooves are peeling off due to lack of basic horse care.

The Missouri river floating was so relaxing and the shuttles Rich and Trudy provided made it so easy to plan our all day floats. I will definitely stay again.

I'll never go back here.

A truly bizarre experience. We'll never go back . The rate advertised to us was great. What seems too God to be true usually is.

The rooms were fine, the bathrooms more than acceptable. Our group really tried to be more than reasonable.....but we left four days early.....after being accused of stealing a towel. Really?? We had probably thirty thousand dollars of fly fishing equipment in the vans.....and she accused us of stealing a seven dollar Jc penny (probably) towel?? Huh?? We were stunned.

1. The extremely creepy women that owns the place.

8. The man who owns the place seems to be pro-communism and when challenged about it he gets upset.

3. Being watched while eating and critiqued on how to manage your dinner.

It is always interesting to read a review from a past guest who we had to throw out. You made us call the Deputy Sheriff as a back up due to your unruly and out-of-control behavior.

Could be good but:

4. 40 to 50 cats that hang out right out side the dining room door waiting to be fed.

5. The cat pee and poop smell that can be smelled all around the deck area.

After you broke every rule that we, as a licensed Bed and Breakfast have in place you have the gall to write slanderous comments about our establishment. Our only bad call was to stop short of having you and your "wife" arrested.

Judy and Rich are very odd people, make very inappropriate comments, hover over you at meals and proceed to join in your "private" conversations. One night I went to open my bedroom door to find it had been locked from the outside!!! They insisted they were required by their insurance company to lock it. I was furious and it didn't happen again. The final straw was coming back from fishing to find Trudy on a tirade about a missing hand towel, she had apparently searched all our rooms and seemed convinced we had stolen it, she would not shut up about it until I finally screamed at her. The "missing" towel was hanging on the back of the door. The following morning we packed our bags and left...four days early.

Thank you Rich and Trudy for writing me a suppressive negative letter on how you disapprove of my "wife" Terry. You know nothing about this women, mother, grandmother that you passed judgement on, and for that shame on YOU. You SUPRESSIVE man!

7. The owners wake up to shots of booze and drink all day.
