It is majestic. Volcanic origins. I found seashells when I sat down on the trail and touched the dirt I was sitting on. Makes you think.
Beyond the shared entrance with a garbage dump, its nice to climb to the top of a large rock with your dog leading the way. Very beautiful views from Tower Rock, just don't let the initial view of dump trucks dissuade you.
Very poorly put together and not maintained.
The golden light of the day’s first rays of sunshine can turn Tower Rock into a large glowing orange ember. Climbing this pillar at daybreak, it’s easy to ignore the traffic whining past on Interstate 15 below and imagine this place as a witness to some unique historical and geological events. Tiny little park, but worth a visit.
